How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on order weight, you will have to add items to your cart to get an estimate on shipping. We offer Standard and Express for US orders. Standard shipping starts at $4 and goes up based on location and weight. Orders of over $50 qualify for free Standard Shipping. If you are ordering ONLY stickers, you can use code STICKERSHIP to get free, no tracking, shipping. If you use this code and your order contains items other than stickers, your order will be refunded. 

When will my order ship?

Due to our new move and lack of access to a car, we will only be shipping orders out on Saturday mornings. Orders placed before 10PM ET Friday will be shipped the next Saturday. Orders placed after that will be shipped the following Saturday. Example: Order placed 9PM ET Friday the 13th will ship Saturday the 14th, order placed 10PM ET Friday the 13th will ship Saturday the 21st. 

However, if your order contains something that has a longer processing time, marked in the item's description, it may take longer to ship. If you have any questions regarding your order status, please feel free to contact us.

When will my order get to me?

How long the order takes to get to you depends on which shipping you pick at checkout and where you're ordering from. We're located in Michigan, USA so US orders will arrive quicker than other orders.

Due to the current state of the world, orders may take longer to get to you, even if you pay for express shipping. We have no control over this.

What happens if my order gets lost in the mail?

You have between 30 and 90 days after the order is marked as shipped to contact us regarding a lost order. Please first contact your local post office before contacting us. If the order contained items that were custom or one off items, we will not be able to send out replacements. Otherwise, if it is within the 30 to 90 day mark, we will send out a replacement order with no extra costs. 

However, if the item is marked "returned to sender" or "delivered at original sender" review the section below. We check the tracking on orders that have it regularly and will contact you as soon as we notice this is the case.

Do you ship internationally?

We offer shipping to US and Canada through our webstore but we do offer shipping to other countries on our Etsy. Unfortunately not all of our listings are on both shops, so if there is something on our webstore that you would like to purchase and you live outside the US and Canada, please contact us on Etsy with what you would like to purchase using either the "Request Custom Order" or "Contact Shop Owner" buttons on our shops page.


Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Do you accept returns?

We do but you must contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship it back within 30 days of delivery. We will not cover return shipping however. 

What happens if my order is returned to sender?

We will contact you with the email provided at checkout with two options: either we refund you minus the shipping or you provide a corrected address and pay additional shipping to have it sent back out.

What items can be returned?

Most orders can be returned. Custom items, garage sale items, and digital downloads cannot be returned.

Can orders be exchanged or cancelled?

No. But please contact us if you have any issues with your order.



Can I get my order refunded?

If your order has not been shipped out yet, we will refund non custom items, as well as shipping and taxes on non custom items in this situation only. Shipping costs and taxes will not be refunded in any other case.


If your order has already been shipped, you will need to wait for it to be delivered to you and send us a request for a return. We will refund non custom items within your order.

If your order has been returned to sender, we will offer you a refund of the non custom items in your order.


Holiday Shipping

What is Holiday Shipping?

Holiday Shipping is a special shipping option available at certain times of the year for US customers that offers free standard shipping.

Does Holiday Shipping apply to International orders?

Unfortunately at this time we cannot offer Holiday Shipping for International orders as we cannot afford to pay international shipping prices out of pocket.

What happens if I forget to pick Holiday Shipping at chekout?

If you catch it before the order is marked shipped and contact us, we can attempt to refund what you paid for shipping. Attempt because we are not familiar with how refunds work with Wix.

We will only refund the shipping if you contact us about it before it is marked as shipped. We will not reach out to you about it ourselves if we catch it.

Why is Holiday Shipping at the bottom of the list?

The way our shipping settings are setup, there is no way to change the order without manually recreating the other options.
